How long does it take to process my order?
All of our scrubs are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. While we can't guarantee modifications after this window, we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What if my scrub doesn't fit?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it. For sizing issues, please contact us—we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or buyer's remorse.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We're sorry! Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Are the designs printed or embroidered?
Our designs are professionally printed using high-quality printing technology to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability. They are not embroidered.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor and device settings.
How should I care for my scrub?
To keep your scrub looking its best:
- Machine wash cold
- Wash inside out
- Use mild detergent
- Tumble dry low
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
