Order Processing
All orders are made to order and processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

• United States: Average 7–10 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $99 USD or more.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

Incorrect Address
Please contact us within 12 hours if you need to update your shipping address. We cannot make changes after an order enters production or has been shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for 14 days, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size, product, color, or shipping address.
• Change of mind or accidental purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number.
• Photos of the item.
• Description of the issue.

If approved, we'll provide a replacement or refund.

• Claim review: 1 business day.
• Replacement: 7–9 business days.
• Refund: 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Within 12 hours: Full refund.
• After 12 hours (before production): 50% cancellation fee.
• After production starts: No cancellation or refund.

Lost Packages

If tracking has no updates for 14 days, we'll investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Exclusions

We do not cover:

• Customer sizing/address mistakes.
• Refused or unclaimed packages.
• Minor color variations.
• Shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
